Love At First Bite™ is a preferred vendor at the premier event locations in the Greater Palm Springs/Coachella Valley area. Our knowledge and experience working at each site enables us to assist you in selecting a location that will meet your needs.

Beverage Services

For your convenience, Love At First Bite™ is fully licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. We stock a wide range of domestic and imported wines and beers as well as premium spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.

In addition to classic, full bar service we provide a variety of specialty bars such as Martini Bar, Wine Tasting Bar, Fresh Juice Bar, French Soda Bar, Espresso Bar and Cordial and Cigar Rolling Bar. Our beverage department will select wines to compliment your menu or you may choose from our available selections. In addition, we will make every effort to accommodate a special request. We will be happy to create a signature cocktail or feature a specialty drink to enhance your event.

Working in conjunction with our design department we are able to customize the visual components of your bar to compliment your event with carved ice bars or drink luges, lighting treatments, specialty glasswear and linens.

Equipment Rental

The Love At First Bite™ event team will arrange for all of your rental equipment needs. Extensive local and nation-wide resources enable us to provide you with the widest selection of linens, tableware, chairs and specialty items available. Our custom fabricating resources gives you limitless options to create a one-of-a-kind event.

Décor and Florals

The experience of our in-house design team and award winning floral department is at your service. Whether your event calls for a custom or themed production, ambient treatment, tabletop florals, plant rentals or buffet design, our team has the capabilities to design and produce your event right down to the smallest of details.

Lighting and Technical Services

Love At First Bite™ will coordinate all of your technical and production services. Partnering with the industry's "best" lighting, audio, visual and production companies, enables us to provide the highest quality state-of-the-art technical and artistic services for your event and presentations.
